PAWS Alert

PAWS Alert is an early intervention initiative maintained by Retention Management and Planning staff. The purpose of PAWS Alert is to support undergraduate and graduate students experiencing academic, personal, or transitional difficulties. Through our outreach initiatives, we connect students with resources that can help support them in achieving success at Texas State. Students can schedule an appointment to discuss academic, personal, or transitional concerns by contacting Katie Palmer, PAWS Alert coordinator at 512-245-5500 or kpalmer@txstate.edu. Faculty, instructors, and staff can refer students for assistance by submitting a PAWS Alert.
